These terms govern your use of Luopan. By scanning a floor plan or purchasing a report you agree to them.

What Luopan is — and isn’t

Luopan produces fengshui reports based on classical Xuan Kong flying-star and Eight Mansions methods, written in practical renovation language. Reports are cultural guidance only. They are not professional, architectural, engineering, financial, medical or legal advice, and no outcome is promised or implied. Always engage qualified professionals for renovation works and comply with HDB/BCA/MCST rules — those obligations are yours.

Accuracy depends on your inputs

Charts are computed from the facing degree and floor plan you provide. Phone compasses are affected by metal and interference; where precision matters, we flag readings near sector boundaries and recommend on-site verification. We are not responsible for results based on inaccurate inputs.

Fair use

• There are no accounts. Every scan includes a free preview; scans are capped per day per connection to keep the service available to everyone.
• Don’t upload plans you have no right to use, or any unlawful content.
• We may block traffic that abuses the service or attempts to defeat limits.

Purchases

Prices are in Singapore dollars, charged once per report unlock (one report covers one floor plan; additional floors of the same home are discounted) — no subscriptions, no recurring charges. Your report lives at a private link, emailed to you after payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Intellectual property

Your floor plans remain yours. Your purchased report is licensed to you for personal use — share it with family or your contractor freely; republishing it commercially is not allowed. The Luopan software, brand and report format remain ours.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: hello@luopan.sg.
