Refund policy

Luopan reports are digital goods delivered instantly, so our policy is simple and fair:

Before your report is generated

Full refund, no questions asked. If you paid but generation failed or never started, you get 100% back — just reply to your receipt or write to hello@luopan.sg.

After your report is unlocked

No refund, because the full report has been delivered and consumed at the moment you view it. You keep lifetime access to it, including the PDF download.

Something went wrong?

If your report is clearly defective — rooms misread, missing findings, broken PDF — tell us within 7 days and we’ll regenerate it free or refund you in full. We’d rather lose a sale than a neighbour’s trust.
